Pre-season rehearsals for Walton's Belshazzar's Feast

In preparation for the next joint concert in November, Croydon Philharmonic Choir (CPC) have organised some initial rehearsals before the summer break for Walton’s Beshazzar’s Feast, a work that will require a lot of learning! You are encouraged to go to as many of these as you can so that you can get a grasp of the music. The rehearsals will take place in Croham Road Baptist Church on Croham Road in South Croydon. The map below shows the location in relation to the Fairfield Halls if you intend to drive but the church is also only a five minute walk from South Croydon station (as you come out of the station into the car park take the exit to your left which descends to Croham Road). You can get trains direct from London Victoria and East Croydon. Please take your own copy of the music (there will not be any to hire) and you are asked to donate £1 per person per rehearsal to help towards the venue costs.

The rehearsal dates are:
*   Tuesday 18th June,
*   Tuesday 25th June and
*   Tuesday 9th July.
