- Welcome and get to know new members
- Act as interface between committee and section members
- Represent views of section members at committee meetings
- Advise members on concert procedure and agreed concert dress
- Assist Concert Co-ordinator with seating on day of concert
- Liaise with relevant committee member to ensure compliance with choir regulations with particular reference to payment of subscriptions and low attendance
