As well as Neil standing down as Chairman at the AGM in October, Tilly also decided it was time to hand over the reins of the role of the choir’s Marketing and Publicity Officer (M&PO), having held the position for well over 20 years and transformed it from a relatively simple task in its early years to the highly effective instrument that it is today, embracing all that the modern digital world has to offer. The Society is looking for someone to take over this key and vital role in the choir's operation.
 This person will help us build further on the choir’s reputation and profile by promoting the choir and seeking publicity and sponsorship opportunities. The M&PO, who is a member of the Executive Committee, has overall leadership of our marketing and publicity effort, but many of the individual activities are carried out by a team of volunteers.
