Where and when do we rehearse?

 

The Society's season usually starts on the first Monday evening of September and goes through to the final concert in early June of the following year.   Occasionally we get invited to participate in festivals and other events which may fall outside this period.

Rehearsals take place on Monday evenings from 7.30-9.45 pm in the Wimbledon Community Centre located on St. George's Road.   The building is only about a 2-3 minute walk from Wimbledon's main rail and tube station.   Parking is not especially easy around this area so you may have to use some of the local side roads to leave your car or use the pay car park opposite the Community Centre.   Click here to see a map of the area showing St. George's Road.   The map will appear as a separate window in your browser.   Just close the new window when you have finished with it to return to this page.
